Potrero Hill Community Garden

Started in 2008, this unique community garden was created on Caltrans land, and comprises almost an acre of xeric and drought tolerant ornamental plants. The result is an award-winning garden that has changed the face of a neighborhood, creating a serene and beautiful community space. Hosting monthly volunteer workshops at this location, we teach water-wise gardening concepts, composting and hardscape development to anyone who’ll help us pull a few weeds!
